Gregg E Sawyer – President
Gregg is an owner of the company who is in charge of  Desgin and Management. He is a Licensed General Contractor in Florida and a Licensed Contractor in Alabama. Gregg has been licensed for 32 years. He has served as Commercial Project Manger for such companies as, Kash & Karry, Eckered Drugs, A&P Tea Company. Gregg holds an Architectural Degree and is a Certified Teacher of Computer Design.


Lyle T Streveler – Vice President
Lyle is also an owner of the company who is charge of Construction Management. Prior to Family Crest Homes Corp, Lyle worked for 28 years in residential and commercial construction and 5 years in Insurance industry. He over sees the duties of the staff and has been instrumental in design, and business development.


W. Todd Hess – Sales
Todd is a licensed real estate agent in Alabama. Todd is a managing partner qualified in all aspects of real estate. A significant percentage of his income is directly tied to the results of his projects and sales.
